Due to such demand we are putting on another Propagation Day here at Hunting Brook
This Day long hands-on workshop will cover propagation of different plants. The focus will be on all aspects of propagation
The focus of the workshop
Seed collecting, storage, treatment of seed, methods of sowing, methods of germination and after care in autumn
Cuttings and root cuttings
Division of perennials
Propagation compost mixes and compost used for aftercare of the plants
Using a propagator for propagation
Participants will take home lots of seeds, cutting and divisions to grow on in your own garden
Fee covers all supplies and materials plants, seeds, cuttings that are needed for the workshop
Participants can choose to bring their own personal seeds and plants also if they want to learn how to propagate them
Tea/coffee, biscuits and cake included
Please bring your lunch, secateurs
Class size is limited so early booking is essential
